1972: Born in Lisbon, she is a multifaceted Portuguese illustrator and artist, finding her unique style in illustrated books, canvases, photographs, decorative stickers, postcards, clothing and accessories.
1996: Begins to exhibit regularly in individual and group exhibitions in Portugal and abroad.
1999 - 2000: In 2000, he completes his degree in Painting at the Lisbon School of Fine Arts, but this would never be enough for someone as creative as Ana Ventura. Thus, in 1999, as part of the Erasmus programme, she took a course in Engraving, Illustration and Painting at the École Supérieure d'Art Visuel La Cambre, in Brussels.
2006: Since this year she has been writing books for Portuguese, Italian and Norwegian publishers.
2008: Her most internationally recognized project is the customization of the All Star sneakers for Converse's centenary.
2014: Creates a new brand with two partners – TILED – a unique fashion collection inspired by Portuguese tiles.
2015: Starts living and working in Antwerp.
She regularly gives lectures and workshops on art for anyone interested in discovering their creative voice.
She has recently worked with Illustopia, a Portuguese illustration agency.
